Shipping Terms
The tracking details shown here are records maintained by Northstar. A tracking number or downloadable airway bill does not by itself confirm that a carrier has accepted a parcel or that insurance has been purchased.
Service availability, charges, delivery estimates, insurance cover and any applicable carrier conditions should be confirmed for your particular shipment before dispatch. Contact support for details.

Privacy Notice
When you contact us or arrange a shipment, you may provide names, contact details, collection and delivery addresses, and parcel details. We use those details to respond to enquiries and manage shipment records. Anyone with a valid tracking number can see the shipment status, shipper name and country, parcel contents and weight, recipient name and delivery address, recipient country, destination, current location, status notes, and any selected delay reason. Share tracking numbers only with people who need these details. Customer accounts may access full records only for shipments linked with a private access code; the owner dashboard can manage all shipment records. Customer account passwords are stored as salted password hashes.
